Apple always gets so much negative attention each year as they release a new iteration of their world changing iPhone. But is there really such cause for so much internet outrage? I mean, for most Apple users, their products have become a way of life and most people couldn’t imagine living without their trusty iPad or iPhone.
So what’s so new with the just announced models? Not a bunch, but not everyone is really updating their gear every year right? The rumors about a lower cost iPhone has been swirling around for a while until it was flushed out this Tuesday by Apple. Appropriately titled the iPhone C (for cheap?) is basically an iPhone 5 with a new plastic and very colorful shell. Everything else is literally quite the same.
The other new entry is the iPhone 5s. The biggest feature is the new fingerprint reader that is embedded into the home button allowing you and bypass the security features when accessing your phone and downloading apps. Maybe a big deal for some maybe not. The other notable is the assumed faster A7 chips which will allow you to blaze through changing apps and playing games.
What’s going to help sell these new phones is surely the new software iOS 7 which will come packed into the new phones when they hit the shelves. This will be a much needed facelift for the iPhones and the best part is that everyone will be able to get it on their old devices for free!
